Executive director

Tiffany Ford

Tiffany’s journey with PEACH began at just 19 years old, when former Managing Director and her former high school English teacher, Marilyn Einestat, invited her to join the PEACH Board of Directors. Over the next six years, Tiffany served with dedication, eventually becoming Co-Chair of the Board and taking part in the hiring of PEACH’s next Managing Director after Marilyn’s retirement.

Even after stepping down from the board, Tiffany continued to volunteer her time and expertise, supporting PEACH’s marketing, communications, and fundraising efforts. Her commitment deepened when she later served the community as an elected School Board Trustee, continuing to advocate for PEACH’s mission and programs.

In 2023, Tiffany returned to PEACH as Interim Executive Director to guide the organization through a period of renewal and recovery following the COVID-19 pandemic. Her leadership, vision, and deep community roots soon led to her permanent appointment as Executive Director.

Tiffany has since led a bold transformation, positioning PEACH as a vibrant community hub for the Jane and Finch neighbourhood, welcoming children, youth, adults, and seniors alike. She has re-centered “Community Health” as a core focus of PEACH’s mission, ensuring that the organization’s name, Promoting Education and Community Health, fully reflects its work.

Among Tiffany’s many accomplishments are the complete renovation of the PEACH facility, the introduction of innovative new programs, and the expansion of wraparound supports for youth, families, and seniors. She also spearheaded the creation of the Wellness Room Initiative, a mini-clinic supported by nursing students, and the growth of the food bank, youth employment programs, and seniors’ wellness activities, all rooted in the belief that healthy, educated, and connected communities thrive together.
